When I first pulled the shirt out of the vacuum packed package the texture was flat shiny and wrinkled. I was so disappointed my first reaction was to return it because the appearance looked cheap. HOWEVER instead I sprayed all over it with some water, put it in my dryer for a few minutes and not only did the wrinkles come out it fluffed out the knit to a beautiful smooth and soft fabric. I LOVE the feel , the fit and the COLOR is a gorgeous grayish purplish mauve. I now have several colors!! The fit goes with everything, all year (at least 4 seasons) and dress up or down with jeans. I wanted to give this sweater 5 stars because the fit is perfect, the material is quality and feels so soft. It is as described and looks just like what the picture shows. BUT 2 things happened. 1. The sweater came shrink wrapped and even after steam ironing it, the wrinkles were not coming out. And while I was trying to get the wrinkles out, #2 presented itself: The sweater came sewn inside out on the sides and the product care tag is exposed. The neck is also sewn inside out. At first I thought I had it turned inside out, but the shoulders and arms are sewn correctly. This is truly a wth moment. Like how? I'm sad about this. I don't know if I want to take a chance and order another one or not. For now I have to return this one and my request to return was accepted. ... show more

This sweater is made really well. I love the style. It’s a little longer than the picture shows. I would prefer it about an inch and a half shorter. I have a fairly long torso and am built like the woman in the picture. Nonetheless I love the sweater and appreciate the quality and care put into it.
