Based on the sizing chart, I fall exactly into size M. However, when I tried it on, the mask felt too tight and squeezed my face, which affected my ability to equalize my ears. Size L provides a much better fit and is more comfortable for diving.

Fits like a glove. Ohh fits like a scuba mask. No leakage. Pull over takes little effort as expected. To remove , pull off inside out. You have to do anyway to let it dry.

I bought this to keep crud out of my hair and ears when cleaning the bottom of my boat. It worked perfectly. It is snug enough to keep stuff out but loose enough to easily get on and off. The mask and scuba breather fit nicely over it.

Would NOT recommend. Whoever designed this hood has no idea how human bodies work. The XXL hood was made for a larger head. HOWEVER there is NO size increase for your neck. Meaning that I was choking as it restricted my neck and pressed against my throat. In fact I had a medium sized female try it on and the hood was huge for her head and was too tight for her neck. The sizing is off, at least for my head. I normally wear a Large, that was too small and have returned it and ordered the XXL - while it's still tight to get over the head it's workable, but the head part is way too loose and big, no chance of a seal. The maker does mention they run small, but at least for me, the proportions are different than any other neo hood I've bought.
