Shipping was super fast and the clips were well packed. They appear well-made, but the shape may cause a little adjustment when installing. Especially if you are using the swivel tool that is available on Amazon and other stores. The angle of the bend in the clip is not as sharp as the ones you may find elsewhere. In the photos, the clip that is sold here is on the right. The clip on the left was obtained at my local farm supply store. Note the difference in the bends and especially the 90-degree twist of the one on the left. Maybe it is a patent thing, to not make the same defined bends and twists. But since my order was such a good buy, I can still make it work with a few extra movements on installation. If your fencing job is small, this is a good product to get. If you have to install a few hundred clips, it may get tiring "adjusting/reforming" each clip if you have trouble installing it. ... show more

I think good customer service is hard to come by these days but Duncan family farm store still has it. My item was late and when I contacted them they were eager to please. Luckily they showed up within a couple days of the ETA. We are fencing fields for cows and these seem sturdy. Great price. These actually seem a little thicker and sturdier than the ones I picked up at Tractor Supply. I guess time will tell which ones have the better galvanized coating.
