2023 Update: This fencing tape is still going strong through Alaska weather six years later. Still very happy with the purchase! Seems to work well, but the top of the tape is woven differently than the bottom, causing a "ruffling effect" unless it is tensioned quite tight (which I did). If tensioned properly, it looks very nice and does not flutter in the wind. I haven't seen how it holds up in winter snow yet, but we've had up to 80 knot winds and it is unfazed. I have a 50 mile charger on about 1/4 mile fence... it works, ask me how I know -_- You can see it in my photo attached to trees and t-posts with tensioners at all corners and ends. I will update review later if durability changes. ... show more

I live in N. Georgia and we have a large population of deer, rabbits, raccoon, skunk, etc - even a few black bear. In past years, any attempts at gardening have had few results as the indigenous population consumed the majority of our plants before they could bare fruit. (and I use/have tried numerous deterrents, active and passive) I used this tape to run three strands around the garden, connected to charger and so far it has protected the garden from all comers. The tape is easy to work with, seems to be of high quality, does not sag and so far - no sign of wear and tear or weathering (thought it has only been in use 10 weeks so far). Once the summer growing season ends, I will run a strand around the back perimeter and see if prevents the deer from foraging my fall flowers. ... show more

I bought it by mistake…8 rolls! Will have to return, I thought I was buying their “Sure Shock” version which is much better. This product however is thin and smooth so it slips right out of the tension insulators . It is flimsy and breaks easily in the wind and the metal conductor metal wires are super thin and of low quality. Buy the Sure Shock version don’t waste your money on this. ... show more
