The product has a 400 plus pound weight limit. We exceeded the weight limit and the product was still sturdy. It works well. The arm spins automatically and most other companies charge way more for the automatic spin. The software is fairly easy to use and you can test with it prior to making a purchase. The company is responsive when you reach out for customized logos and they offered a solution for LED lights that did not work. They reply fast and a customer service rep even contacted me by phone to see what my concerns were. I will be buying more booths from them. This is a quality product ... show more

We received the booth and got it assembled only to find out that there were several items missing (two battery packs and the RBG light stick). Then the remote does not work. I followed the pairing steps provided online and it would not work. I contacted Amazon and they said I could return the entire booth. I did not want to return the booth after assembling it and getting it set up. I simply wanted the items that showed to be included with the booth. I was told I would have to contact the company about that, which I did. They, ZANOGI, advised that since the booth was "on sale", it did not include the two battery packs or the RBG stick light, despite the fact it list them in the ad as well as were included on the packing list. The booth works well and the app is fairly user friendly, however, I am very disappointed in the fact that they literally pick and choose what they send because they ran it "On sale". If I had known that they were not going to send those items, I would have selected a package that was not "on sale" and included the items I needed and paid for. They advised that they would send me a new remote, however, the booth works using the app controller. We went with this company after reading many reviews about how good the customer service was. I personally did not find this to be the case. Beware when ordering as I am not sure how you be sure you will receive what is advertised and listed in the package. ... show more

I purchase this a while ago and keeps working great, amazing booth. App runs smoothly and without a problem I use iPhone 13. Communication with seller its great and they always make sure to solve any questions you might have. I will definitely buy it again.
