Comfort is everything to me and this sports bra gives excellent support while still being comfortable. I don’t feel smashed flat either because there is reinforced shape without an uncomfortable underwire. I ordered medium and I usually wear 34B. Perfect fit. Love the fun colors too. Gave a few as gifts to my adult daughters and these bras are now their favorite!! Worth the money.

I'm an 38DD and had this sports bra for the past 2 to 3 months in different colors. The straps are really comfortable, I had to get used to them initially. The straps do not cut into my skin like other sports bra strap materials and has nice adjustment, 3 hook options. The material does soak up the sweat and I sweat a lot. So, that's great. I do different types of workouts including strength training and HIIT. This bra works well for strength training, weight lifting, low to medium intensity workouts (e.g., yoga, stretching, cycling). If you're jogging and walking on a treadmill it's great. It would not be good for running indoors or outside, or high intensity exercises (jumping jacks, sports training with a lot of jumping). I did jumping Jacks for the boobs to move everywhere, no support there. Overall as stated good value for low to medium intensity exercise. For high intensity, I use the classic pull over sports bra that's thick regarding the material. I hope this helps with your decision.

I'm a 34C to 34D, and got a medium which fits perfectly. I haven't found a good bra with enough support that's not constricting for high impact movement until this one. It has an adjustable back size, and enough coverage to hold everything in place without bouncing, and without being too tight or compressed. I've now got 4 of these, and I use them for hot yoga too because they're so comfy and look great. The fabric is breathable and the lining/padding is fixed so you don't have to fish out removable inserts from the dryer and spend time putting them back in with each wash. Great bra for lazy launderers with big busts.

I ordered this originally in the large plus, based on sizing. I am a 36G. The large worked perfectly for my band size, but the cups were too small. The XL plus is perfect for my cup size, but the I need hook closures farther over to make the band tight enough. For very low impact (yoga, strength training), it will be fine, and I may get my mother to add extra hook closures (if she can), but there is no way I could run in this bra. To be fair, there are very few bras that I can run in, not without doubling up. The fabric feels great, and I didn't get any rubbing or chafing. I loved that I could tighten up the straps while I was wearing them (they tightened toward the front of my body), though I will have to almost fully tighten them. I think if you are smaller than a G, definitely a DD or E this would be a fantastic bra in the Large Plus. Or if you have a larger band size, then the XL Plus will be great. I am just between both.

I used to run all the time, and love running, but after getting implants it was difficult to find the right bra to support my girls. According to my doctor, I’m a 34DD, but I fit better into DDD cups, and I always get nervous trying news bras. I’m 5’2 and currently 160lbs, but I exercise religiously and am fairly muscular and the medium size fit me perfectly! I’d say I could even pull off the small plus if I lose a few pounds, but the medium fit comfortably and held everything in place. No rubbing or chafing, and it’s affordable. Super cute and will be buying one in every color!

It’s so hard to find a great sports bra especially when you’re larger on top. I needed something for high impact activities and this is perfect. The sizing guide was spot on. The quality is great! Soft material, adjustable straps, supportive but doesn’t look like you’re wearing a straight jacket, sewn in padding and breathable holes between the girls. Everything I wanted. Perfect, so I immediately ordered more.
