This is a great detailed notepad for my goal setting needs. It is exactly as described. The pages are a good weight for using ink. I have been able to keep track of exercise and nutrition goals. Even though it is described with tear off sheets - and it does have tear off pages - I have been able to flip the pages back without the pages falling off. It's a nice quallity notepad.

I am not sure how this ended up in my recommendations, but I have ADHD and this calendar has really started helping me function better. My week one goal with it was just to use it and then every week, I've added additional information. I've tried digital calendars and various planners, this is by far the easiest for me to use, so it is worth the money. My only issue would be transferring information from one week to the next and the fact that I have to write the dates in. If you have ADHD, you know that anything that takes extra time or effort can make you lose interest easily. I'm sticking to it so far and it is making a lot of life tasks easier. I've been using gel pens with it and have had no bleed through. It is really durable, the writing area is a little small, so you will need to either abbreviate or try to write smaller.
