    • The port to charge the unit doesn't work

I got this unit and as soon as it arrived I tried it out. It seemed as though it was charged and ready to go but It stopped after about 15 minutes showing the battery needed to be charged. I took out the charging cord and tried to input the cord into the port on the device and it didn't fit all the way. There's something wrong with the angle and location of the port on the machine that doesn't allow the male end of the charging cord to be inserted fully. So, after plugging it in as far as I could and leaving it for well over an hour there was no charge which means the machine is defective because of the location of the charging port. It's at a weird angle. I wouldn't buy it again I wouldn't advise anybody else to buy it. I have no idea how somebody can rate it five stars when it's completely defective. I got it today. I returned it today. I was so looking forward to it and it was a total waste of time. ... show more

Not sure if it's the product or my expectations are too high. I'm 44 years old and have ok skin. Never had acne issues or pore complaints a day in my life. But sun damage and genetics (I have very thin skin that loses elasticity quickly) I feel that only high end, high chemical products will help my wrinkles or Botox. And I'm not willing to do either. So this tool feels amazing when I'm using it. I do see that my skin has a glow and is smooth and soft right after using. So for those reasons I do use it in the morning to wake my skin up or before going out, to get that glow. But there are no long term noticeable benefits to this.
