Overall not a bad little area rug. I got it to cover the cold hard wood when I get out of bed before I can reach my slippers. It's not very thick but does the job intended. Size is perfect for my purposes. Pros: nice deep color, super soft shaggy pile, almost feels slippery under bare feet! Comes in a relatively small box as it's a super shrink-wrapped cube. Pretty neat how they do that actually. Price is under $20. Cons: really has a foul odor upon opening. Need to air it out at least 24 hours prior to placement. Preferably outside! I got it in the late afternoon and left it out till 11pm and it still smelled into the next day but by that night it was fine and ready to place. Not very thick if you want something more substantial. I'm moving soon so didn't want to invest in anything expensive right now so I'm happy with it overall.

The rug looks as it is in pictures on Amazon. The top side is fluffy , as pictured, but very thin. The bottom is rubberized, as advertised, but does not grip the floor at all. It slips very easily and I am returning it because I’m afraid i or my family members will slip and injure ourselves. It’s cheap but is not worth the risk. Also the rubberized bottom off-gassed quite a lot… really stinky!

I just bought a 5x7 for use in my RV. The bad: It came vacuum sealed and it looks terrible. This could change as it relaxes though. It smells like chemicals. Again, this may go away with time. Hopefully. The padding is not as thick as advertised. The good: It's super soft. I like the color I chose. It's better than walking on cold, hard linoleum.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this rug after reading the reviews. I am happy to say it fit nicely in my spare room. It fluffed up pretty quickly. It’s very soft to walk on as well. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a reasonably priced area rug.
