    • So light weight it won’t stay up!
This product was a headache from the moment i opened the box. It was impossible to keep straight when building it leaving is lopsided once finished, and I had it up less than an hour when I found it with pieces hanging off it and it falling apart. When I tried to open the doors (ya know, use it) the doors would fall off in my hand. So I asked for a return and refund. They informed me that i must return it in its original packaging and that I would likely be charged a restocking fee and I would be charged for the return label. Or, I could keep it, and receive a 50% refund. Honestly? It wasn’t worth the $135 I paid in the first place! It’s been nothing but a pain and a headache to deal with. Not to mention, repackaging it into its original box would be impossible. If I could give this product and seller a 0/10 I would. Awful customer service and awful product. ... show more

Not sturdy enough to hold a few items. The walls don’t connect completely. Wobbly and the connectors on the bottom move so the whole thing comes apart.

Worst thing I’ve ever purchased. Over $130 for a flimsy mess that falls apart at the smallest bit of weight. I barely had clothes hanging up and it’s fallen apart like the 3 times in the last few days. It’s completely useless and a waste of money. Spend $100+ on something that will actually hold your clothes/last longer than 3 months. What a waste of money. ... show more

    • Ordered it for an apartment & the renter can't use it because it moves around too much.
It looks good but is too flimsy. Used it for an apartment I was renting. I know it's been over a month but can't use it. Is there any way that I can get a refund?
