The ideas are simple. Never put it down cause it was easy to read. Took about 2 hours. Writing was very directed towards women, which is understanding but there are men out there that clean.

She offers lots of invaluable advice on how to get off to a great start and have an everlasting successful business. She explains how to manage and maximize your time to how to deal with difficult and unpleasant situations and everything in-between. It's all spelled out in simple terms. Wendy's story is inspirational as much as motivational. She describes clearly and concisely the basics steps to start off your house cleaning business. I myself am in the process of re-establishing my own cleaning business after a 6 year hiatus in behind a desk job in the boring and uncertain corporate world.
