Kahler Omaggio Vase | Hand-Painted Faience | Black Stripes | 4.9 Inch

Features 5

• Graphic In Small Scale: Stilleben, the design duo Ditte Reckweg and Jelena Schou Nordentoft, made the hand-painted stripe the central character of the Omaggio rather than a surface treatment. In the smallest size, bold black bands on white faience carry the same graphic confidence as the larger versions, concentrated into a compact rounded form.
• The Stripe Up Close: Each black stripe is painted by hand onto the white faience body, making the exact width and placement of each band specific to the individual piece. The paint sits with a depth and gloss that gives the contrast its weight even at this smaller scale.
• Narrow Rounded Form: At 4.9 inches tall with a diameter of 3.1 inches, the smallest Omaggio sits comfortably on a windowsill, desk, or shelf edge, its rounded faience body holding a single stem or small cutting without crowding the surface. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
• Groups Well Naturally: The smallest Omaggio sits naturally alongside other sizes and colourways in the series, the rounded forms and painted stripes creating a coherent grouping across the range. On a shelf or mantle, the black and white pattern holds its own against more varied colours nearby.
