I have only been taking the product about 2 weeks. So, far, I do notice a difference in my appetite. As the doctor says in his videos, when we have our 90 Essential nutrients, we won't have the munchies. I have a magic bullet so I make fruit smoothies with frozen fruit and fruit juices everyday for me and my son. When I drink 2 per day with the 90 nutrients supplement drink, I don't have the craving to snack. When I only do 1 smoothie with the nutrient, the munchies comes back. The flavor is amazing in my fruit smoothies. I'm writing this mostly for those who don't like the flavor. Try it in a smoothie, it may help. I only gave it 4 stars at this time because I don't see any difference yet. I have arthritis in 1 knee and my son has autism. The containers are only 2/3 full of product which is surprising considering the cost. Between me and my son, we finished a container within 7 days drinking 2 servings per our body weight per day. I ordered the 3 Beyond Tangy discount package which is about $40 a week for us. However, I may order the blue canister for myself which I think is better for the arthritis. Then 1 Tangy would last 2 weeks for my son / 2 containers per month. Last, we may become distributors and get our product for free. Just something to consider. I recommend this product if you can afford it. I want to edit my previous response to someone else because things have changed for me. UPDATE: I learned that gelatin was a pretty slow process. I apologize, I thought I had updated my previous post. An incredible thing happened the weekend of the 4th of July, 2015 and also the week afterwards. It dawned on me that maybe I needed to alkalize to get rid of the arthritis so I went on youtube and found a link by Dan MacDonald called "RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS? MELT IT AWAY WITH FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES!" This changed my life. I started eating lots of watermelon, grapes and fresh cherries on the evening of July 3rd and on July 4th, it was all gone in my left knee. There was a measure of arthritis still there in my right knee, I would say 15% and I continued with incorporating lots of the same. Well, the following week, I began craving guacamole like crazy so I made a big batch for lunch and a big batch for dinner and I had them with Xochitl Corn Chips No Salt chips. The next day my right leg was 100% arthritis free. I still make lots of home made guacamole and I still don't need crutches anymore because of arthritis and I enjoy shopping without the scooter cart at Wal-mart and other grocery stores. What Mr. MacDonald says in his video on youtube is that there are acid crystals built up in our knees and joints that causes the glass-like crystals to cause us pain. He suggests doing all fruits and vegetables but I wasn't raised that way, however, less is more, so I eat more of the good stuff and less of the stuff that got me into this situation anyway. Last, another good thing I learned is to use gray Celtic salt instead of regular salt which was also ruining my life. A few months of that and I don't feel like I'm having heart disease anymore. The products by the doctor is very good, however, it is too expensive. Celtic Salt and Himalayan salt have 70-84 nutrients and minerals. If you can't tolerate that, try kelp - it also has a salty taste and get your life back. As for autism and my son, I watched a video on youtube by the drugless doctors who are chiropractors. You can find their video on using Celtic Sea Salt then find their website. It has rememdies for autism which we will try in the near future. I find their technique to be amazing and they help people get on the salt that is good for them, Celtic Sea Salt and Himalayan Salt. Let me start by saying that I have only been using this product for 2 days, so I will likely need to do a follow up review. However, so far, I am really loving BTT. There are a few items that I want to address that I have seen in other reviews, and to give you my opinion. First, let me tell you a bit about myself so you can put my review in context. I am female, in my 40's, weigh a healthy 135# and am in good health. I eat a diet consisting of lean proteins, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables. I exercise 6x a week and am pretty fit. If there is a supplement on the market, the chances are I have tried it, as I am always looking for ways to feel good, improve my health, etc... However, with all of that, I have a pretty stressful job and often find myself in need of energy. I usually do caffeine in my pre-work drink (which is at 6am) but then I do not like to take caffeine after that because I don't want it interfering with my sleep. BTT seems like the perfect solution because the last 2 days, I have been drinking it, I have had good energy through out the day, but did not have any issues with falling and staying asleep. One thing I would like to address is all of the negative reviews on the taste of this product. Let's get real for a moment and remember that this is a supplement. It's not candy, it's not soda, it's not a triple chocolate brownie sundae, OK? It's a supplement in liquid form. If you have ever had Airborne, Emergen-C or any other citrus flavored supplement, BTT falls right into that category. It tastes just as you would expect any of those products to. Additionally, if you are someone who has slugged some of the nastiest protein shakes out there, you know that there are a lot worse things to drink that a citrusy flavored supplement. Now, I can fully appreciate that not everyone has "taste buds of steel" and not everyone is a supplement freak like me. So let me tell you how I have been taking BTT. In the morning, in a shaker cup, I mix 1 scoop of BTT with 8 oz. of water. I do 1 scoop for 2 reasons- the first is that I don't feel I am close enough to 200# to warrant 2 scoops and the second is to make the container last for 2 months instead of 1. Once I have my scoop mixed, I pour a little bit of BTT into my water bottle through out the day. Every time I fill up my water bottle, I put a little bit of BTT in and then fill the rest with water. This gives your water a very slight orangey / peachy flavor that is mild and refreshing. Think of drinking a La Croix, but without the sparkling. I had read quite a number of articles and reviews that mentioned you should sip on BTT throughout the day and not just drink the whole portion in one go. I add my last bit of BTT into my water bottle by 5 pm, and then it is straight water after that. I thought that would give me a few hours of not ingesting BTT too close to bed. I know I haven't been taking it long, but I can tell you in the last 2 days I have noticed a general increase in my energy. Not an energy "spike", but a steady, all day, I don't want to take a nap, feeling of energy. This is likely because I am steadily taking BTT over the entire day. So, that is a huge bonus for me. Previously, I would hit the wall and just want to shut my eyes. But not the last 2 days. I probably need a little more time on this front to see how I feel after I have been taking BTT for a while. At this time, I cannot comment on any weight changes, etc... but will write an update after I have been taking BTT for a bit more time.
