Start off slow then build up. In 2 weeks easily using everyday you will see a difference in your arms, shoulders, legs and core. Its worth the money ONLY IF you use it at least everyother day. Divide the time if it is more convenient.

    • Misaligned holes for cable cover

It is a good, workable rowing machine but the screw holes for the plastic cover over the cable are totally out of alignment making it impossible to securely attach this cover. Fortunately the machine works fine with the cover simply setting in place. Packaging of tools and screws is terribly difficult to unpack. When the company read my earlier review they quickly responded and asked how they could help. Impressive. I'm quite pleased with the machine so I gave them another star. ... show more
