I'm pretty big both in height and width. I have used other exercise mats and they are fine but I just don't feel like I have all the room I need but with this mat there is plenty of space to rollover and move from exercises on my back to exercises that require me to face down. This is really easy to clean and easy to store. I really like the straps it comes with to hold it in place, they are really easy to take off and put on since they are velcro. In general, not with a mat, I have used straps and they aren't nearly as easy as these are. One note, you have to keep it rolled tight in order to fit back in the storage bag, no loose roll will do. If you don't want to use the back, the straps will accommodate a wider roll.

I have been doing Yoga for years on my bedroom floor. I have tried several different mats but have kept looking for a mat that I really like as the mats I have are a bit too small. I finally found one that meets all of my needs.. I got the 7' x 5' size with the 0.47"/12mm thickness. This mat is soft yet firm. It stays in place. It is large enough I can do all of my poses without stepping off the mat. I can also use it for traditional exercise. It is easy to roll up and includes straps to hold it rolled and a carrying case as well as a cleaning cloth. I am no longer looking for the perfect mat. I found it.

This was the perfect solution for an indoor jungle gym set for my grand baby. The size and thickness is perfect to keep her safe while playing and not cracking her melon open on the tile floor. The mat also came with a storage bag, and Velcro straps to keep it tidy when not in use, in addition to a wipe-down cloth. Myself and her mom are very happy with this option.

Pros: -Great cushioning for great comfort while doing yoga. -Feels good on feet and knees -Non-slip and high density, which is wonderful for high and low impact aerobics. -Awesome storage bag that has a nice tying design on top with two Velcro straps for easy carrying and storage. -Includes microfiber towel for easy cleaning. Cons: -Not comfortable enough for the type of exercises I do (not designed for that). Other Thoughts: -none

I don't know what TPE is but I like it. I want to cover an entire floor with it. I would also like to cover the interior of my truck with it for sound deadening even though it may not work for that, I just really like the material. I like this mat better than those squares that fit together like a puzzle that always seem to come undone. If you do workouts or yoga or things of this nature this is a great mat for it. Moreover, if you have your own YouTube channel and you're doing yoga poses and what not, you can't go wrong with this mat.

This exceeded my expectations. It comes with its own storage bag and straps so it can be neatly stored away when not needed. The size is large for any size human to do on the floor exercises. The mat is nice and thick to provide adequate cushioning underfoot. I use this in my gym in addition to puzzle mat flooring and it adds an extra layer of padding in addition to marking out a specific space for floor exercises. Great value yoga mat.

I love this mat as it is huge, cushioned, and grippy. I have done some yoga as well as some kinetic moves that involved dropping to my knees, hopping, dropping onto my elbows, etc., and the cushioning was more than sufficient. The surface grips whether you are in shoes, socks, or barefoot. It flattened out quickly and did not have any sort of smell upon opening the box.
