I needed a couch that fit on my 36-inch RV slide and this one fits! I looked at several, and this one appeared to be the best for the price. I’m very happy with it! I bought a cover for it because I have pets, but I can feel the heat even with the cover on it. The only negative things I can say are that my feet hang off the edge when reclined (but again, it had to be a maximum depth to fit in the only place it could go) and the power cord could be a little longer.     • It's what I expected
It is what I expected - Assembling - It is easy to assemble. I actually had all of it almost put together before I finally found the instructions (last box lol and only used it cause I was stupid and did something wrong). My only problem is that we're still struggling putting the bottom bolts into the slots to connect all 3 pieces together into 1 sofa but it's workable. Comfort - It is much better than what we had becaue our last couch was falling apart and hurting my back. However, the seats are a bit narrower than I hoped and the recliner legs could be longer as my fit dangle from between ankle and calf length. Massaging - I haven't tried the heat but the massaging is usable to a degree. I can't feel it at all on the shoulder/back area. I can feel the vibration more under my butt and legs, but that's it. The spa chairs are 100% better than these. Overall, it's a good quick fix to our problem and for the money spent, I'm okay with it. If it was something that was over a thousand, I would have fits about it. ... show more

As others have mentioned, the heat function isn't so hot. That being said, the customer service was great (2 of my 4 boxes came a little later and I didn't have tracking numbers, but they checked in with me and gave me all the info I needed. The couch itself assembles easy, the connections simple. My wife and I find it very comfortable. I have beginners arthritis in the knees, back and neck, and find the couch takes some of the pain away, especially with the massage function. The handles used to lay down are a little stiff, but it's new and to be expected. (Better than loose, right?) Very happy with the purchase. ... show more

I would have to say I liked in the beginning, but I now dislike being the cost. I spent on it and the quality of it is now falling apart, and I don’t know how to fix it. I had furniture me for years and I would say that this is the first time I did not get my moneys worth.

Easy set up, maybe 30min if that from unboxing to relaxing. Heated seats and massage work great (outside seats only)
