Well packaged. The seat is very comfortable. It has a nice amount of cushioning. It was fast and easy to install on my YOSUDA pro spin bike. Usually when you purchase a bike you have to adjust to the seat, recover from the pain after having used it. I can say that there is none of that. This seat is perfect for my pear shape, bigger on the bottom ( lower half) large posterior. For reference my hips are 48 inches wide. If you need a larger seat look no further than this, this is it. WOW - I cannot recommend this seat enough. I'm 5'4", 110lb and have a bony backside...the bike seat that came with my Yesoul bike was pure torture. This bike seat is SO comfortable I can ride forever without getting that "bruised" feeling on my sit bones. It was very easy to install and feels very solid. I can sit back and cycle or I can lean forward and cycle and both positions feel great. The padding is thick and the cover feels high quality. Its a great value for the money. It’s not absolute perfection, but it did help. The seat is hard, so while the extra width helps pressure points from being as bad, it could REALLY use some soft padding, like a gel layer. Since this seat is a really unusual size a shape, I can’t find any gel covers that fit it, so I’m stuck without for now. I hope the company comes out with a gel cover, I’d buy it in a heartbeat. We had to tighten it to within an inch of its life. The instructions boldly warn you not to over-tighten, but… let’s be real, this seat helps heavy people, and both my husband and I (completely different weights/heights) could not get the seat to stay in one position on what felt tight enough at installation. We had to re-tighten like 6 or 7 times, and finally had to get a real tool and not just the little metal thing that came with it, because the amount we had to tighten could not be done without more leverage and a real handle on a real tool. Luckily, nothing broke, and it’s tight enough now to stop leaning back when we sit up - but it was pretty annoying for our first sessions to be spent getting off and tightening it over and over, worried we will break it. All that said - I’m very glad I got this seat. The seat that came with our bike was not for people even slightly fat - it was excruciating to use for both of us. We immediately bought a wider seat “for fat people” that helped my husband somewhat, but not me. We then bought a gel cushion cover, and at that point that was good enough for my husband to stay on the bike for 20min, but it was still literally intolerable for me. I could sit on it gingerly for maybe 30 seconds before I was in too much pain to manage. So I just didn’t ride for years. Finally I was sick of not using the bike I had spent good money on, and decided to roll the dice on this suuuuper wide seat, after reading the reviews. Now, I can ride for 15-20min. It’s still uncomfortable, but it’s not intolerable like before. So, not perfect, but nonetheless a huge improvement. The bar was low, but this seat really does make a difference. Like I said, a gel cushion cover would go a LONG way to letting me ride for a significant amount of time. So, overall I do recommend this seat- it won’t perform miracles, but it will help a lot if your current seat is too painful because of your weight. ... show more

I bought this oversized seat for my bow flex c6 indoor cycling bike and I have to say I am very pleased with my purchase. It is a total game changer. The original bike seat was hard, narrow and very uncomfortable. I am a taller woman and on the heavier side. This seat made a difference with my over all workout experience. I was able to ride thru the workout session and then extra without feeling uncomfortable. This seat gives a comfortable workout experience. Photos show what it looks like and sizing compared to original seat. It was easy to install within minutes. I did see some reviews about Wobbliness. I will say this…When you ride the bike you naturally rock side to side and you can feel it with this seat as it is wider and has springs. It does feels stable even tho your rocking some. It seems normal and not an issue with the seat or Installation. Who knows…might even help engage your core more. ... show more

I have ridden two stationary airdynes for 25 years nightly. But, I've never been happy with the factory seat or any of the many seats I've tried on Amazon, until now. After the torture I've endured riding 1 hour every afternoon of my last quarter century, getting boils and pinching derriere, I began imagining the perfect seat in my mind. Gel seats were way too hard, and the shape was way too uncomfortable. But, Goldilocks here (Silverlocks actually) found this YLG to be just right! And it was just the seat I imagined for so many years. The winged foam lifts your cheeks up, so your package doesn't rub, and the foam padding is so much better than hard gel. It's like the inventors asked customers how to modify the seats for comfort. Or maybe the designers ARE the customers and they made the seat for their own pinched bottoms! The little book of instructions was hard for this 75 year-old lady to understand, so I came back to this website and watched the instructive videos to mount the saddle myself in no time. There are extra pieces included if the hardware should wear out from use. BRAVO! And FINALLY!!!! Halleluhia! Pat your designers on the back! Great find! I especially recommend the YLG for seniors with osteoarthritis like me. This saddle really helps the pain! ... show more

I hardly write reviews, I’ve probably written 3 of them in my life, but this product was designed so poorly I had to do it to ‘em. First of all the shape of the seat is really awkward, there is very little support and it’s like a halfway banana, a lot of pressure up front, none in the back. Secondly, the pivoting makes the seat awkward to seat on because either you’re leaning forward and all the pressure is on your taint, or you risk slipping out the back. Finally, the seat is designed with this material that is similar to a swimming drag suit, and is extremely slippery. Now, if the seat had only one of these problems, it would have been okay, but together they make it impossible to ride the bike without holding on to the handlebar, otherwise you’ll fall out. This might seem like nitpicking, however to someone riding a stationary bike, you often have your hands off of the handlebar, making the ride very difficult. I will say however, that they had the courtesy of proving you with two different types of mounts, two Allen keys, and this weird “everything” wrench, that is made from metal a little too soft and when tightening the screws the metal folds. Once again, surprised that went past the testing process but I’ll give that an a for effort. The seat does feel nice, it does feel soft enough for long rides and it seems like the build quality of the product is good. Overall I would give this a 3 for the reasons above, however if they could change the material, and maybe curve the rear upward and the front slightly downward, this seat would be worth a 5. ... show more

I used this seat to replace the cheap plastic seat on a Sunny Health Stationary bike. The original cheap plastic seat had broken on two sides. This replacement seat I bought was the indoor version for a stationary bike. If you are buying for a regular outdoor bike, there is a different version of the seat. The main difference between the two options is the type of springs used under the seat. I am very satisfied with the indoor version of the seat for a stationary bike. The seat appears to be made from quality material and is very comfortable. The description indicates it is a wide seat, but it is also comfortable for a person with more narrow hips. I have narrow hips, but the seat is very comfortable to me. Other seats have caused me soreness, but this seat does not cause discomfort even when riding for long periods. The padding on this seat appears to be made from a good quality sturdy foam that will retain its structure and is comfortable for long periods of riding the bike. I am very satisfied with this seat. It is the most comfortable seat I have tried so far. ... show more
