The driver left the box on the ground at the bottom of my long driveway, on a road that leads to five other properties. Anyone could have come by and picked it up. We wouldn't have seen. This item wasn't to hard to put together but the only downsides were the height,length and width were all wrong it wasn't 10,ft by 20ft by 7ft high, it was 9ft 8 in wide and 6ft 5in and only 19ft 5 long inside diameter for greenhouse is even smaller. The plastice cover was ripped in a corner and the zipper was ripped also right out of the box. Great customer service though they helped me out tremendously would spend the extra money for a bigger poled greenhouse and better quality. ... show more
