Manufacturer customer service is excellent, was missing 2x hanging rods for the filing drawer. Contact manufacturer via their chat on their website. They mailed me replacements within couple days.

    • I got what I wanted and I'm happy
It was easy to put together and sturdy. If on carpet, the wheels could be a littler bigger. I would suggest a plastic runner under it if you're going to move it a lot. PS: My husband looked up the manual instructions on how to put it together before we bought it :)

Well I was super excited about this. I know it’s not expensive so I wasn’t expecting much but the actual quality seems good, however, there was no hardware included. The box looked thrashed but again I expected some of that with shipping, but the contents inside were packaged poorly. Boards rubbed and chipped, broke foam everywhere just not good. Got this for my husband to organize some office supplies, books, etc. It’s attractive, doesn’t take up too much room, moves easily on wheels from room to room and holds plenty.

    • Not Worth The Money
Big mistake. Instructions were adequate, although not always easy to follow. Worst part of the entire project was that the connectors used did not firmly hold the wood. After three hours of sometimes frustrating assembly I finally got the finished product on casters and ready to load up. Put my extra computer monitor on it (maybe 30 lbs weight) and the entire assembly leaned left. Just poor design and definitely not worth $150+ dollars. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Most terrible piece of furniture ever. No written instructions, if I was an octopus I might have gotten it together. It kept falling apart. I gave up after 3 hours. I want my money returned.
