Was a little skeptical, but very satisfied so far (~1 month in). Some of the negative comments stated that it's not also a "cooler". I worked in restaurants previously and none of the big commercial units had built in coolers. It fills up from empty in about 24 hrs on the thick setting. Cycle times for thick are 17 mins. When the unit is empty and warm, the first few batches thaw due to cooling the storage tub. Super happy with output, plenty of restaurant quality ice to go around and fill coolers. We also purchased a Reverse Osmosis filter dedicated to the ice maker. Crystal clear cubes. If I had to give a negative, it's the protective liner on the exterior. We ordered the SST model and peeling the protective wrapping off required a lot of patience. But this has nothing to do with the performance/quality of the machine.

This item works better than expected! I use soo much ice I wasn't sure if this would be enough. It definitely is! I no longer run out of ice! It's pretty quiet and easy to install and makes the first batch pretty quickly!

The ice cubes produced are very thin and the ice cube pattern cannot be adjusted. It is very embarrassing. When put into water, it melts immediately. If it can be returned, please ask the merchant to return it for me.

Only worked for 3 months been trying to figure out what’s wrong with it seems to be the magnetic ice flip not releasing so won’t dump ice and can’t get ahold anyone for support/warranty

The ice machine very well made. Unplugged it for over 24 hours to do some remodeling and none of the ice melted inside in the middle of the summer. It was located outside.

the ice machine arrived slightly damaged - called the manufacturer and they offered to give a discount if the damage affected the machine. it did not so i did not push the subject. (basically a small dent in lower corner) received the ice machine in August 2023. It ran fine .. most of the time. Recently, it started to throw an error of E4 and would not make ice. i emailed the company and long story short, after a few messages back and forth, they said the compressor must be bad so they refunded me my money. disappointed it didn't work out because it is a nice machine and works great - when it worked. perfect for the small private club it was intended for.
