Fantastic tree that I would absolutely recommend to family/friends! It is perfectly sparce, for those who like it that way. Some pine tips (longer than the rest) have little crystals glued to them that look like ice. I pointed those tips down and shaped them to look fluffier. It took about 3 hours to fully fluff out, but I'm extremely meticulous. My hubby did not know it was supposed to be fluffed, and was confused as to why i bought a raggedy tree (before pic). So for those of you like my husband- take each metal branch and separate out the mini-branches from each other to widen them and make them look more natural (after pic). Easy setup. More than worth the price.

we received our tree and put it right up. The lights were not working on it. We thought it was the remote since they worked doing them manually, except the dimmer part. I had walmart deliver the new batteries for the remote as an express delivery which cost 10.00 extra so I can decorate my tree. By the way, this is our third attempt at putting up a tree this year. So I am anxious to get it up. So we install the new batteries and guess what? the remote is not working. I called the company and the phone number they give you wouldn't go to a person or machine. I mailed them and texted them and have not heard back. I decorate the whole tree and this morning I walked into the room where the tree is the lights are all out. Completely out. I am so upset about this. What a waste of my money for the tree and batteries and I still have no tree.

I honestly cannot stand whatever it is they put on this tree to replicate snow. My spouse said it reminds him of ground up blown foam insulation. Whatever it is, it was EVERYWHERE! It’s kind of early, still, so we were not intending to put this up and leave it. I just wanted to see it, make sure all the pieces were there, and plug it in to make sure the lights all worked. From the second we opened the box; this stuff was going everywhere. They provide this large square of kraft paper to sit the tree on while you are constructing it to catch the stuff, but there was so much coming off that the kraft paper barely helped. I had a pair of fuzzy, black house slippers on while we were doing this, bad idea. About halfway through the process, I had to vacuum the stuff off my slippers, beat them outside, and then run the hose over them again to get them clean. I switched shoes after that. This should have been a white tree, or a regular plain green tree. By the time we separated all the branches and got set up, I decided to leave the tree up so I didn’t have to go through this messy process again. We now have a pre-lit tree in our living room for Halloween. I went with a softer lighting, so it’s just warm light coming from it with no decorations. It took about an hour to get all this white stuff vacuumed up. It was even in the air. All that being said, the height of the tree is nice, and it filled out nicely as well, once we really worked with it and separated all the branches. This tree comes with a tiny little remote to work the lights and there are several settings on it which all work really well. There are some warm light settings, Christmas color settings, and settings that just keep the lights on, or gently fade in and out, and there are the ones I call the “busy” settings where there is a lot of flashing. Overall, this isn’t a bad tree. I think the fake snow on it makes it a lot less appealing, and it was gummed up in some places to the point that the branches were sticking together. Every time we touch this tree, to arrange a branch, or just to vacuum underneath it, it sprinkles white stuff everywhere. I’ve not had a tree in years and decided on one this year, but I will likely not keep this tree after the season is over. I do not want the hassle of dealing with this mess every year. We even pulled a lot of the ‘snow’ off the tree just to get it off in a more controlled fashion. We also took each section of the tree outside and rustled it around quite a bit to try and get more off of it. But really, you still cannot touch this without it making a mess. We don’t even have Christmas decorations on this yet and I’m over this tree! I feel like we’ll be vacuuming this stuff up for months after we get rid of the tree.
