This is perfect to keep some of my plants in over the winter. It fits on a low shelf in my shed, so I can easily access all the shelves without bending down to the floor. I don't think it would do well outside with any kind of wind. It would need to be secured to something It was easy to assemble and the light settings are easy to set. Can't wait to get my seeds started in it in the spring
