Color ok - size ok. When I could figure out the instructions, it wasn't hard. But I could not get pieces to work per instructions. I have put MANY things together - don't waste your time or your money. Tried to call for help - they hung up on me twice. Tried to email - got a response but no help and in fact they recommended I call a handyman. Worst Amazon purchase I ever made & no fault to Amazon. ... show more

After seeing several negative reviews I decided to give it a chance. I bought the 4 drawer black wooden file cabinet. It looks great and works great. Only negative thing was when I was building it, I followed directions to a t and when it was time to put the drawers in I realized all the metal pieces the drawer slides in were upside down on wrong side. It was an easy fix but I was still irritated. I used my electric drill to put it together on a low setting so saved a lot of time.. even though they don’t recommend it. The file cabinet was ok except one piece did not have the required holes in it to put it together with the rest of the drawer. I had to order another whole cabinet to be delivered to my house, take out the two pieces I needed then box it all back up to return. If I could give this a zero I would. Had two people and a master carpenter try to put this together and 2 of the drawers would not fit into the shell. It is the crappiest design ever.
