All items were included and assembly was straightforward, very easy. The durability of the set is evident upon assembly and it even looks better in person! The seating is spacious and comfortable, although I will prob add more pillows-lol making it ideal for an evening on the or simply lounging outdoors. The table has a glass top and is spacious enough for drinks. The design is sleek and modern, adding a stylish touch to our patio. I’ve already received numerous compliments from my neighbors. This set is very affordable compared to others with the same vibe. It was a bit difficult to assemble, and we thought for a moment we would have to return it because one sets of holes did not align, but my partner is handy and was able to drill through the metal and correct the misaligned leg. The coffee table portion is also a bit skewed. As other reviews note, the cushions are thin, and I wish that the lumbar pillows were full back pillows, but all in, for the price, this is a great set. It seems sturdy enough (we are both plus sized), and the wood on the arms is really pretty. I think if we keep it out of the rain it will last a good long while. ... show more

These look perfect on my covered front porch in my country setting. To be honest the hardest part, and most time-consuming part was unpacking everything as each piece was wrapped individually. The sheet with the screws on it was shrunk wrapped and very hard to get out. Having said that these were the best written instructions ever. Each piece was labeled with A, B, C, D etc, including the hardware. The instructions were well written with pictures for every step. I am at 82-year-old widowed grandmother and I got them all put together by myself. They only tool it took was an Allen wrench which was provided. The only problem I had was trying to figure out if I should attach the parts labeled F & G with G facing toward the front or back. Hint: it faces front. ... show more

However, deducting two stars because a) the product was clearly not brand new and had been reboxed- the arms have a couple scratches b)all parts were in plastic that was taped with yellow tape to “hide” tears from the first time it had been opened c) the back piece has holes that don’t fully line up. First off, you better make sure you have your own tools because the wrench they provide does not fit the screws. I was finally able to build this, but some of the screws don’t go all the way in, and one of them ended stripping so the screws hangs out. On one of the chairs , the screw went through the metal of the chair and it broke. The Manual gives you 3 options in case of problems. None the company offered worked. 1) they give you a phone number. I called and it went to voicemail and never got a call back. 2) email. They never emailed me back. 3) WhatsApp. They ended up messaging me back after 5 days! Terrible customer service. Avoid buying this from this company. ... show more

It’s a decent piece of patio furniture overall. It looks nice and it’s sturdy, but unfortunately, I’m 6 foot 4 and it’s just too small for me to use comfortably. The cushion is pretty thin so it’s not very comfortable to sit on so I would suggest getting a thicker cushion. I purchased two oversized pillows to make the back more comfortable because it has a slight curve on the back, which doesn’t seem to work with my back. Overall I wouldn’t purchase again for me personally being tall but it might be great for average sized folks! It’s mainly used for when I have company. ... show more
