I was looking for this style with a good price tag. This one said for tile walls only. I have painted drywall. I purchased this anyways because it was the only reasonably priced one and crossed my fingers that it would stick to my wall, despite saying it was only for tile. My walls have very limited texture, and I'm sure that makes a difference but it is holding strong after a couple of months is a house of 6. My only disappointment being that I thought it would help the family replace the toilet paper when they finished roll. This takes away 90% of the work, just slide the empty off and slide the new on. But alas, it did not. It does balance rolls on top of the bar well though. ... show more
