I installed the first one with 0 issues and it has been great. I went to install the 2nd one and the part that holds the toilet paper was loose, as I went to screw it into the block it broke away from the plate that you screw it to. I would have returned it but I have a crafty husband who was able to craft a solution. I am pleased with the first one and would have returned the other if I didn't get so lucky as to marry a stud! ... show more
