I am 5‘5“ I weigh about 135 pounds.I did not get this for waste training purposes. I got it for back and hip stability because I’m hyper mobile and this has been the best relief that I have found the moment I get it on me I can feel my body being held together and stabilize just perfectly sizing wasn’t hard. Fit & Sizing: It does run a little small, so I recommend sizing up—especially if you're between sizes or prefer a bit more breathing room. It’s snug, which is expected for a waist trainer, but the initial fit can be tight until it breaks in. Comfort & Wearability: Once adjusted, it’s comfortable enough for a few hours of wear. The material feels supportive and sturdy, and the multiple hook rows make it easier to adjust the fit over time. I also liked that it gave decent back support during wear and stayed in place fairly well while moving around. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can start to feel uncomfortable after extended wear, especially if sitting for long periods.
