Usually they have really good products have been buying waist trainers for years from this shop and never had an issue as far as quality But this item is terrible feels cheap , zipper broke when trying it As well I feel very minimal support I purchased this for better posture ,actually had to use my old waist trainer and then wore this over it for better compression and posture Really expensive for the Quality the bonding bones feel plastic and very flimsy for beginners to waist training good way to start For those that have been waist training for a while I don’t recommend . Going to be buying the all steal bone instead

Overall I like the look of this garment, but it isn't tight enough at the waist. The tightest part is around my ribs, which is obviously not where I would like the most reduction. If I had of followed the sizing chart I would have gotten a small, but I'm glad I sized down and got the XS, because even in this size it's not as tight as it should be. I have it on the tightest hooks and fully zipped. In terms of construction this feels like a very high quality garment, just not the perfect fit.
