My medium either stretched or I’m a bit smaller so I got the small, and this one has boning so i thought..”oh great”! . Almost threw out my shoulder trying to get it on and wore it for a few hours at home. Second day was easier to get on (from the trainer or not, don’t know). Wore it while getting ready for work then left the house, feeling a bit of a headache coming on. Then my back started hurting, thought “ oh good thing I’m wearing this trainer”, which is mostly what I got it for. Couple of hours at work felt my headache was like a caffeine withdrawal type headache so I took some Tylenol. After 7 hours I felt cramps in my stomach and shoulders started hurting. But my back now hurt every time I took a breath. Left work early and could barely breathe driving home. Bad because my back hurt so bad that I would wince in pain then yell from taking a deep breath. Tried to take the trainer off while driving but it’s too tight so I can’t get a good angle to pull it tighter to get it off. I’m sweating and hyperventilating at this point and can’t get home fast enough. Finally got home, took it off and everything went away. Morale of the the story is: Baby Steps lol

I have another waist trainer in a size Medium that is a little loose on the last set of hooks, but it older and stretched out. I actually use the waist trainers as a back brace because ones that I wear over the clothes just ride up and have to be adjusted all day long. I've found increased back pain relief with the waist trainers as opposed to traditional back braces. I originally purchased a small and had to return it because I could barely get it closed and it gave me a truckload of backfat lol. Medium just arrived and it almost fits me like my stretched out waist trainer. I have it hooked on the 2nd to last row. I'm hoping that the extra steel bones that it'll offer more support and keep it from getting stretched out. This brand does not provide or even sell an extender which is a shame, because the small one would have been perfect with an extender. I tried using and extension that came with another brand, but there was just a slight difference in the hook placement that cause it to warp and distort too much. So far, I am impressed with how the 25 steel bones allow it to keep its shape very well. I meant to purchase the breathable one, so I might have to set this one aside soon until winter and just purchase another one.

It was made pretty good didn’t feel or look cheap whatsoever. I was able to workout in it or just wear it around. Gave me an hourglass shape. I don’t see any bad things about it. BUT for some reason once I started wearing it I wore it for 2 hours the first day and 2 hours the second day and about 3-4 hours after I took it off the second day I passed out and had a seizure for the first time. And since then I’ve been having issues with my heart feeling like it’s beating different. Could have no correlation at all I’m not sure this was just my expirence. If you listen to your body or have previously had a waist trainer and know how it effects you this is a good waist trainer

I'm 5'9 and 260~ I got size 2x - at first you believe it wont fit but it really does. If you're shorter but around my same weight get a size bigger. the size I got is for my body type. ease into it, wear progressively longer each day until you can do 5-7 hours (which is recommended time to have it on) it cinches my waist so much, which is what you should expect to see with these, love it already.. wish you all amazing results! :)

Thank you to all the other reviews! The Information was quite helpful! I am 5'6 and am 130 lbs. my age makes it not all in the right place kinda deal haha I got the medium. Using the last set of hooks but after one day of stretching it out.... I think next wear will be next set of hooks in. The million hooks are a bit of a Pia! However it is super comfortable! Have had 2 spine surgeries and the support is awesome. No pinching anywhere! I have punctured under my thumb nail with a hook twice tho!!! rebuttoning jeans while wearing this.
