I am about to have lipo so I have tried on several garments for afterwards. I was looking for comfort, super tightness, and more importantly access to using the bathroom freely. I found all of that in this product! I realized that if I am only getting lipo around my waist and stomach, I dont have to wear that one that goes down to your legs like shorts. Also, out of all the garments I've tried, this one is DEFINITELY the most supporting. It is SUPER tight before the tightening straps. I ordered a size down so it'll fit my new body shape, but still tried it on now. I am usually a small, but ordered an Xsmall on purpose.

Purchased this waist trainer and I was impressed with the quality of it. However, it was just too tight for me to wear it comfortably. I ordered a large 5'7 170 but I'm wondering if I order a size up XL if that would work better. I am going to return it for a bigger size and see if it is comfortable. It did snatch me in but the fat on my back pushed upward to the top of the trainer...maybe because it was just to small...not sure but I can't wear this if it's uncomfortable. Make sure you size up...not sure if it should be one size up or two sizes. Will come back once I get the xl...I like it...I just have to be comfortable if I am going to wear it.

Overall these are very good very good waist trainers. They have quality construction and are comfortable, but hot due to being latex. However, they are let down massively by the tightening/adjustment straps not having much adjustment to go tighter. I have a natural 28" waist and wear the size Small, and I basically run out of Velcro to secure the straps with barely adding any tension. Both the two and three strap models suffer from this defect, with the three strap being the worst offender. If you have a larger belly, and can close the trainer, the straps design probably will be perfect for you. But, for me, it is a disappointment.

I wholly hated this thing. I bought an XL based on the measurements they posted. First thing I hated was the fact that the “boning” was that horrible flexible plastic that offers no support (I had bought this in hopes I could wear it at my desk to help me sit up to reduce lower back issues) Second thing I loathed was the hook/eye closures. This whole thing is black. Including the 4 sets of hook/eye closures you can to secure before you can even zip up this thing. It took me 10 minutes trying to get them all properly hooked and even then some didn’t catch so I skipped them thinking it would be fine. WRONG. When I tried to zip it up the zipper didn’t catch right so it caught about 3” from the bottom and I couldn’t move it up or down. The zipper had busted open from the bottom. Thought I could just zip it all the way up and then move it back down. WRONG AGAIN. I struggled for 5-7 minutes trying to get the darn thing zipped up all while trying not to panic. I finally got it to the top after thinking the zipper was gonna break. Great! I thought that was the hard part and going back down would be fine, boy was I wrong again. Took me another 3-5 minutes to get it down. I wanted the thing off me NOW but of course those freaking hook/eye closures wouldn’t come off. When I finally freed myself from this black sweaty trap and tossed it across the room and swore it was being returned immediately. The next day I thought I would give it another go. I managed to get all the hook/eyes closed (absolutely key), got the zipper up (still with some struggle) and wrapped the “arms” on the Velcro. Sat at my desk and was instantly upset that it offered NO support what so ever for my back. It was extremely uncomfortable. Took forever to get off again. Shoved back in the bag and set up the return immediately. I do not recommend this product for anyone who is a little “larger” (I wear a size 12 in jeans and medium/large in shirts so by no means a super curvy woman) as it will be more of a struggle than it’s worth.

So for reference I’m 5’5 and 188-190lbs and I purchased the 2XL. I’ve been dieting and working out trying to lose the extra weight I gained while breastfeeding and was in search of a good waist trainer to wear while working out. This one fits me perfectly! I have the mommy pouch and extra fat at the bottom of my stomach and it covered everything pretty far down that I have to put my underwear and pants over the bottom of the waist trainer but that isn’t a problem for me. It doesn’t roll or cause me any discomfort as of now. I’ve only worn it once.
