I’ve bought a trainer from this exact brand before years ago. I still have it and it just started to lose the one binding spine. I decided to order a new one cause of that with more back support. I will say the straps on the back support on, can cause irritation if you’re wearing it alone or with a cami top. I definitely recommend wearing it with a thick strap tank top underneath. My original one was an extra small so I ordered an extra small and just because of the arm straps, I wish I ordered a small cause they might have been a bit longer and I had it the longest they could go.

It does what it should, but if you're a curvy girl like me I wouldn't recommend because it rolls and it digs in the back. Immediately noticed the rolling as soon as I started putting it on but after an hour of wearing it, it started getting much worse. Aside from the rolling and digging in the back I'd say it's pretty comfortable for a waist trainer! I've only worn it once so far so I'm not sure about results yet but while wearing it, it definitely works. As for the sizing, I wear a medium in some of the others I own. I got a large to play it safe but I'm definitely thinking I could've sized up a little more.

Usually wear a medium but an XL worked better. The waist trainer is nicely constructed and holds me in all the right places. When first putting on the waist trainer it’s stiff . Hooking the clips are a little difficult in the beginning. I love the 2 part function of clip and zip. The waist trainer is comfortable to wear all day . The waist trainer boosted my breast area and didn’t rise up. The waist trainer give my my stomach area a nice flat hourglass shap
