Back saver!
Color: Black 17 Steel Boned
Size: Medium
I bought this because as a chef, my back is strained ALL day. I am 5’3”, 130 lbs and I bought a medium. Technically, I should wear the small in this brand and style. It has 3 rows of hooks and I used the tightest one on the first wear (which you normally can’t do without a great deal of effort). I’ve bought other long torso styles before so I opted for that with this one. When they say “long torso” they are not kidding. If I buy another one of this brand, I will buy just the regular…not the long. I like the fit to come all the way down so you don’t risk creating a lower belly pooch. This is so long that it touches the top of my legs. Always read the reviews and see what others say about the fit. These things vary wildly between brands. This one is made very well. The hooks are much sturdier than the last one I bought. They are larger and easier to manipulate. I would just say that you might want to size down if you are right on the cusp between one size and another. I feel like the medium would accommodate up to 150 lbs. Don’t forget…they are supposed to be tight and they do get looser the more you wear them. If you are starting out on the 3rd row of hooks (like me)…it’s probably too big.

I actually like it
Color: Black 17 Steel Boned
Size: Medium
OK I was not sure how these things would work. And I hear so much about it on commercials and stuff....It's pretty snug, and it takes a little bit to get on. So I was wearing it almost every day for 5 or 6 hours. It's a little bit hard to take a really deep breath in . but it doesn't feel too tight other than that.. I noticed after just a couple weeks I did feel like my waist was thinner and my pants were fittingly better. Although thinking back I'm not sure if it's because of the waist training thing itself? Or the fact that when you wear it you do not eat as much food because you feel Fuller sooner. I did notice that I was not eating as big a meal as I typically do. So either way it's definitely a plus in that department.. What is kind of tricky about it, but I can't say it's a fault of the product, I just didn't think about it. Is that because it is so snug if you have any loose skin or back fat or anything like that..... It's going to puff up over the top like under your armpits area. So you can't wear a snug shirt because you can really see that left over skin or what not. I don't have a ton of back fat but just having that extra skin because I'm 52, you can really see it under your shirt. So I always had to have baggy shirts on and that was a little discouraging because it makes Your waist look great so you kinda want to show it off but you kinda can't.. All and all, this is a really long waisted item and I think it works really nicely. I definitely think you can't beat the price from what I've seen out there and the quality is thick and good. Would definitely recommend it

The best waist trainer I've ever owned....
Color: 1-black
Size: Large
I love love love this waist trainer so much. Best one I've ever worn. At first I bought a small but it was too tight for my 34" waist then I return it and got a large which fits perfect; I can fit one arm in it so you know once my waist started getting smaller I'm gonna need a small. I did not go by the size chart too much because I would end up with a XXL or so for a 34" waist which would be too big for me. I went by other reviews that said they were 34-35" waist and bought large so I took a chance with that and I was right. MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE 1. Its gives my mommy belly a nice natural curve that I haven't seen in a while. Making me feel more confident in my bodycon dresses and slim tops omg!! :) 2. It definitely corrects your posture so you cannot sit and slouch in it or else it feels like you bending over a wall and squeezing your chest so it forces you to sit upright all the time. It's the same when walking. You walk upright. 3. I wore it on day one and by the end of the day I took it off and my stomach muscle felt like its tightening back up cause I before pregnancy I use to have a natural "pull in my stomach " walk after both kids I dont have that tight muscle anymore and this seems to be bringing it back so that's a plus and I measured my stomach and it was at 33" with a little room. I'm not gonna say it did that; but normally I start off with a semi-flat stomach in the morning and at the end of the day I'm always bloated and I wasnt on that day. Will see as time goes by. THE TAD BIT OF "NOT SO NICE" PART 1. Its summer so when you go outside in it you will get that strong heat underneath it. It's a bit uncomfortable but good to sweat off the fat. 2. As I said before; you get that "dig me under my breastbone" feeling if you slouch so that's just as uncomfortable as it can get but can live with. I dont regret getting this YIANNA waistrainer. Should've gotten it as soon as I had my baby 8months ago but its never too late to snatch that waist. WILL GIVE A UPDATE LATER ON.....

Gives hourglass shape - xxlarge
Color: Beige 17 Steel Boned
Size: XX-Large
5’7” - 192 pounds I bought the XX Large. Tight at first but does stretch out. I am now able to use the second row of fasteners after a week of using the farthest out ones. Inside is soft against the skin. Outside is “rubbery”. I feel it hides well under clothing. I have lower back issues and mild scoliosis and even though I bought it for being able to fit into my Mother of the Groom dress, it helps my back feel wonderful while wearing it. Very supportive. Only negatives, it will push back fat up and over the top (as you can see by my picture). Not sure how to keep that “tucked down in”. It will also give breasts a lift. This is a negative for me because I have spent most of my life trying to minimize my cleavage and hide that my breasts are larger. Some may find this a positive.

Love this!
Color: 1-black
Size: 3X-Large
Accurate to size and isn’t unbearable to wear. I’m back on my waist training journey while losing weight and I think this is one of the most comfortable waist trainers I’ve ever owned and it’s super sturdy and well made. 10/10 gonna be buying lower sizes and I lose weight and size down.
