I love LOVE LOVE this waist trainer so much! I workout and am working on my diet but in my downtime/ active rest days I love to wear this waist trainer. I bought one a couple months ago that had just the hooks but upgraded to this one once I knew I was serious about this. The zipper adds such tightness that it is surreal. It’s not too uncomfortable however if you wear a size medium in regular tops, buy a small, not an xs. If your an XL get a L, just get a size smaller then your normal shirt size. I made the mistake of thinking that since my previous waist trainer being a small wasn’t tight enough, that meant I needed to go two sizes smaller for this. The zipper truly makes a difference so don’t shoot yourself in the leg buying a size your fighting to fit in and can’t breath in.

I tried a lot of different brands and this one is the only one that comes down far enough in the front! All of the others I tried didn’t come down far enough and just push any fat out of the bottom or top! It also doesn’t budge and stays in place because of the latex on the inside and it’s also not super bulky and can be worn under clothes without being super noticeable!

The quality and construction wasn't quite right. Never worn bc when attempting to try it on, the top of the back folded down before it could even be secured. Tried pulling it higher but then it folded up at the bottom hem. The zipper started sliding down on it's own. And this is just trying it on. It has good compression but with the folding down and folding up, I can tell this would be a painful mess to wear. The bottom hem of it is also EXTREMELY visible through fitted clothing. You can see through clothing the entire demarcation of where the bottom is, sticking out.

This is for longer torsos and u should get a size smaller. I usually wear a medium but I got a small and it’s more than perfect. My fav one by far!!! U need ts!!
