Absolutely love it! Based on the size chart I should be more like a 3/4X, but I bought a large as I have a fabric corset in medium I can still squeeze into. It was a bit of a challenge to cinch up with the stiffer material, but once in it feels great and provides amazing compression to the lower back too, really helping with posture and keeping everything in. Super happy with this product upon first wear, and I can't wait to see results with regular wear! Plus, it's just sexy and boosts confidence. I also have the issue with some muffin top at the top, but with a sports bra on to add a bit more compression there it's perfect.

So I Love this! It’s definitely a Long torso waist trainer. I have an apple body shape cause of my stomach due to 4 cs w/ my boys. I’m also on my workout journey and this definitely helps. I wear my sweat belt when I workout so I’ll be wearing this after I’m done with my workouts. It’s nice & comfortable. Doesn’t roll.

OK I was not sure how these things would work. And I hear so much about it on commercials and stuff....It's pretty snug, and it takes a little bit to get on. So I was wearing it almost every day for 5 or 6 hours. It's a little bit hard to take a really deep breath in . but it doesn't feel too tight other than that.. I noticed after just a couple weeks I did feel like my waist was thinner and my pants were fittingly better. Although thinking back I'm not sure if it's because of the waist training thing itself? Or the fact that when you wear it you do not eat as much food because you feel Fuller sooner. I did notice that I was not eating as big a meal as I typically do. So either way it's definitely a plus in that department.. What is kind of tricky about it, but I can't say it's a fault of the product, I just didn't think about it. Is that because it is so snug if you have any loose skin or back fat or anything like that..... It's going to puff up over the top like under your armpits area. So you can't wear a snug shirt because you can really see that left over skin or what not. I don't have a ton of back fat but just having that extra skin because I'm 52, you can really see it under your shirt. So I always had to have baggy shirts on and that was a little discouraging because it makes Your waist look great so you kinda want to show it off but you kinda can't.. All and all, this is a really long waisted item and I think it works really nicely. I definitely think you can't beat the price from what I've seen out there and the quality is thick and good. Would definitely recommend it

I am 5'10" and finding waist trainers, or any kind of shapewear that actually fits me property is hard. They are not meant for my tall body. I was excited to find this "long torso" waist trainer. I prayed that it would fit me. It is much longer and it sure fits me better, but it is not perfect. If I set it right below my breast, it does not shape my hips property. It gives it a weird bump. However, if I lower it to where it gives me the perfect hourglass shape, I get back fat and some between my breast and the waist trainer. If it were just 1 or 2 inches longer it would be perfect! I ordered a medium, based on the measuring chart and it fit on the last hook (I can't put it any tighter). A small would have been much better option for me. Thus far, this is the best waist trainer I have found, and I do love it. I find it very comfortable. It also helps with my lower back pain and it keeps me straight. I recommend!

Fits like a glove. I love it. I wore this on the first brackets for 2 days all day at work then today I moved out to the middle one, wore it all day at work & I just worked out in it before these pictures. I love it. Snatches me perfectly. Fits my long torso perfectly. I'm 5'10" & 210lbs I love it. Once you get it on you will not be able to pull it up or down so make sure you adjust it before you snap it together though. You can't even tell I ha e it on at work. I've gotten so many compliments saying how much smaller I look.

One of the best cheap waist trainers I've bought by far off of Amazon. I used to sell them for a living I work with a company called it works wraps and body magic. This is a high grade material for the price. It is a very good product it actually does hold it feels good it's seamless flattens to tummy you won't sweat and it makes you sit up properly. I'm a big girl and I got a size medium. At first I wasn't sure if that was the right size but I always order two sizes down anytime I buy any shapewear. If you have soft fat ladies I advise you to order down so you can get the most bang for your buck. Pictures will be up soon
