The cooler is amazing quality (for the price it better be!!) and so spacious. It’ll be perfect for camping and tailgating. Also buying it through Amazon ensured it arrived on time and even looking at shipping times through the yeti website it wouldn’t arrive when I needed it to despite them charging a lot for shipping. My refrigerator/freezer went out and I was desperate to save the $30 of food that I had in there. So I purchased this expensive cooler. (I was going to buy the cooler anyway, but moved up the purchase date when the refrigerator quit.) This cooler is great and kept the ice from melting for several days. I know external temperature greatly affects the length of time ice can be kept in a cooler. I kept the cooler on the screened/glassed in porch which maintained a temperature of about 75 degrees. The ice lasted about a week actually. I love the lavender color, the easy of moving this beast of a cooler, and the fact it can be an impromptu seat. The lid latches shut keep the cold inside where it belongs. The bonus tray included is appreciated but wasn't useful at the time of purchase. This is a VERY heavy cooler when filled with ice and food, so be prepared. Overall I am happy with my purchase. ... show more

If you are an avid outdoors person, beach goer, tailgater, etc., this is a great addition to your outdoor festivities. This cooler is a great size and easy to move around. It keeps things cold and your ice fresh for hours and hours. It is very sturdy and available in a multitude of colors.

This cooler saved our camping trip!! We have had Yeti tumblers for years and love the way they consistently keep our drinks hot or cold for long periods of time. We decided to buy a Yeti Roadie cooler and tried it out on a 4 day camping trip with our travel trailer. We were going to use the cooler for our canned/bottled beverages. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in the trailer stopped working shortly after we arrived at the campsite. We were camping with family members, and they graciously offered the little room they had left in their fridge to store some of the food we had brought. The rest of the food would have to go in the Yeti cooler. Out went some of the beverages, and in went the food!! The cooler kept the food and beverages cold with very little ice melt for 4 days out in the 90+ degree temps!!! The Yeti brand may be a bit higher in price compared to other brands, but based on our experience with their products, they are worth it! ... show more

    • Holds Ice A Long Time!
There is a reason this is the best ice chest that I think you can purchase. We packed it with food and ice for a 10 hour road trip the night before we left. The ice was still good over 24 hours later. We left one bag of ice in the bag and then dumped more on top. I think one thing that helps is our food was cold when we put it in. I also like the fact that the pull up handle is very structured and heavy duty. It rolls really great also. This is worth every penny to me. ... show more

Love the cooler. I was waiting for a sale on Yeti coolers for a long time and found it. We took it camping and it did very well. It rolls easily and the handle is high enough that I didn’t have to bend my back when pulling it. I’m a flu shot. Nurse and the vaccine has to be kept between 36 and 46°. It did the job very well. 1. Pretty pricey. 2. Keeps ice and drinks cool about the same as any high end cooler. No better or worse. 3. I like the wheels because this thing is HEAVY. Filled, it's a real lift into or out of a vehicle. 4. The accessory tray inside is useful. 5. Closes securely and lid stays open in full upright position if wanted. 6.
