I had to replace my old water bottle and after I used this one for a few weeks, I bought 2 more! -Sturdy, heavy duty stainless -Entire unit is dishwasher safe (this is a big gripe with other brands. Many have components that are not dishwasher safe) The lid of this bottle is large enough that I can even scrub the interior with a sponge if needed which I don't have since I can toss it in the dishwasher) -Leak proof - this bottle goes into a backpack to work daily and has not leaked -The 36 oz is large enough for a work day's water (similar to a 1 liter Essentia or Smartwater) and filling it up is easier due to the large lid that unscrews. That way, you are not trying to direct water inside the mouth access. This makes for a great way to get water at the airport or any facilities with the water filling stations -The bottle is sturdy, no dents or scratches (I have the stainless one which I find resists scratches better), the lid has a comfortable handle for carrying This one is large, so will not fit in a car cup holder and the diameter may be large for smaller hands. I carry it via the lid but there are also smaller ones available which I have as well -Stainless does not retain odors or flavors after washing (I found the plastic refillable ones always taste like plastic or dish soap no matter how many times I washed it) -This one comes with a chug cap but Yeti makes different lids you can buy that universally fit the rambler series. I also bought a magdock cap lid which is similar to a regular water bottle with magnetic lid. -The cost is more than many others available, but at 50$, the cost is worth it for me due to the quality, leak proof, easily refillable, fully dishwasher safe, durability, and the fact that you can buy different lids for the Rambler series bottles and they fit no matter the size of the bottle! ... show more

I'll be honest: Until 3-4 years ago, the only Yeti I knew of was the big guy wandering around the snowy mountains. I truly had never heard of the company. However, after purchasing several of their bottles for myself and family members, I became hooked. So when it came time to get another water bottle, there was only kind I wanted: Yeti. The 36 oz stainless steel Rambler is, quite simply, the best. It's solid, keeps things cold a long time, can take a(n accidental) beating and still look great, and it's easy to take places (the car, the beach, hikes, etc.). The chug cap - which I don't have on my other Yeti - makes it even better. The whole set up is easy to clean (I hand wash them) and dries quickly. Are they a little more pricey than some other brands? Sure. But this is a case where the price is worth it because the quality and durability can't be beat. ... show more
