Would recommend this for anyone looking for cold water or whatever you are drinking, cold or hot, it will do the job and hood it’s temperature for a long time. I got the 36oz as an active person, I didn’t want to carry a huge bottle all over but this is the perfect size, not too heavy and can carry four and a half cups. Sharing wise, it would benefit having a larger size but if you are relaxing it isn’t a problem. Again, might want a larger size if you are hiking or camping, depends on your situation having the ability to refill. I get by with one refill and there’s extra left over with a busy work day. Love the cap with its handle in the lid. I also like having the 36 oz. size. I am not a person who enjoys the rubber straw caps so I really appreciate the chug opening of hard clear plastic in the inner lid. I feel like I can really get the part my mouth touches clean which can’t be done with lids with the built in rubber straws. The 36 oz size is a bit heavy.
