When order was originally placed amazon has lost the package, we had to call in to get the replacement. You can tell it's a quality build stuff keeps hot/cold for long period of time. Also the top plastic lid that is a quality build and the close off tap is magnetic it's very easy to remove to clean to keep the mold off. Little surprise that YETI products are made in China, for premium price I was expecting USA.

This cup is durable, leak proof and fits in my cup holders in my car. It fits well in my hand without a handle but I prefer to have a handle. The design of the cup made it easy to find a handle that fit my hand comfortably. I also bought several types of lids so it's very versatile. All is easy to clean. I haven't used this cup with hot drinks but logical if it keeps my drinks cold for a long time it would also do the same thing with hot drinks. But I can not verify that.

This is an excellent quality tumbler, however, it is really big and heavy. I didn’t realize that it would be difficult to hold without a handle. You can see in the picture that my hand only fits halfway around the most narrow part of the tumbler. Since it is such a great quality product, I ended up giving it to my teenage son who has bigger hands and said that he likes it. He said that it keeps his water nice and cold for a long time and that it is a sturdy cup with a good lid, which has a magnetic opening. I know that the size and weight of this is not Yeti’s fault, but I just want to warn people that it could be too heavy or large for you to hold. I wish that Yeti made a 24 ounce one just like this. I have a 20 ounce from another brand, but it’s just not large enough. I think 24 ounces would be perfect for me, or something more long and narrow that I could grasp more easily. I gave it 5 stars because again, it’s not YETI’s fault and it is a great tumbler for someone with big hands.

What can one say, it is a YETI. I'm not fond of one tumbler over another. They are all good in their own way. My thought? Silly, I was looking for a 30ml and thought why not get a YETI. So, I did. Color choices are a little over whelming. But you can get the color that suits you. Color, I found out, has no effect on the quality or function. It is after all, all personal at this point. The tumbler is large, which for me, is what I want. I do a lot of "on the road" and tend to have a large thermos of water or energy drink. This serves that purpose. Constructed of good materials and seems to ware as expected for a stainless-steel tumbler. It keeps drinks cold, but I would not say it will out do some others in the same category. It will do the same with hot beverages. But I'm not inclined to leave a cold beverage in my car or camp site for 12 hours. So, it is perfect for me in that category. The lid is a little odd to work correctly, but it will work. Overall? This is what I wanted. YETI will work with you if you wish to customize the tumbler to make it unique, but they will also offer, upon registration, to send out "Tumbler Stickers". Nothing fancy, but you can customize you tumbler to your liking. It is, one a YETI, so you cannot go wrong, two it is solid and good materials, and three...It is a YETI. Works well for me.

UPDATE: The sliding closure on the top broke. I’ll have to buy a new one. Great quality and it keeps my water cold for hours. I expected it to be great at the price. No leaks, fits perfectly in my car cup holder. I hand wash. When I’ve put stainless steel cups in my dishwasher they come out smelling weird.
