I had purchased 3 of these for my kids and myself to use. I had noticed that after filling all 3 with ice cold water, 2 would show condensation on the outside (and this was from the first use). But we used them and had no big complaints for about a year. 3 weeks ago my husband was taken to the hospital and was in the ICU. I was at the hospital all day and communicating with friends and loved ones about his condition. On the 2nd day this dang water bottle leaked all over my bag, destroying my phone. I still don't know how this happened as it was in a water bottle pocket as was my 20oz Yeti Rambler holding my coffee which didn't leak. I reached out to Yeti and they said it was leak resistant, not leak proof. I had to replace a cell phone and was without communication for several days while my husband was in the hospital. Unbelieveable to me that Yeti wasn't more appalled by their product's failure and the mess it caused. I would not recommend this product. ... show more
