1.0 out of 5 stars | Yeti, what is quality? Apparently not keeping liquids cold....
So, I own a bunch of Yeti products. More than I want to admit. I've been a bit fan, until now. This particular Rambler bottle has made me wonder what "quality" means to Yeti. The bottle is unable to keep liquids cold overnight, from a chilled bottle with ice. By morning all the ice in the bottle is melted and the liquid is warm. My assumption is that it lost its vacuum. I have a Thermos bottle of roughly the same size and shape and it will keep liquid cold with ice intact for almost two full days. So, what gives Yeti? So I submit the form to Yeti (apparently they no longer take support calls) and wait 4 days for a response. I get a response asking for additional photos and additional "explanations" of the problem. More than the 3 photos I already sent (of a bottle with no visible issues) and the previous explanation (very thorough) and wait another 3 days. I get a response back "based on your issue your Yeti isn't covered under warranty because it is not a defect. Not a defect? The bottle is intended to keep liquids cold. It cannot do that. So you are telling me that is not a defect when a competitors bottle does so for 2 days and it's 10 years old?? So I escalate back and get a response that "we will give you a "one time exception". Gee, so your bottle doesn't do what it's supposed to do and you are going to "humor" me, one time, instead of admitting as much and doing what you should have done in the first place? Yeti you have lost your way. You've sent your manufacturing overseas to you know where and your quality has suffered along with your "legendary" customer service. You've also lost a customer, likely for life. This is very disappointing from a company that charges a premium for products that are appearing to be inferior to products that cost less and should not be as good.

4.0 out of 5 stars | Chilly, but not ICY
In my opinion, this does a great job, but it’s not perfect. I’ll keep this review short because if you’re anything like me, you only care about if the ice cubes will still be there a day later. I have the 18oz rambler. I fill it to the top with 1.5” ice cubes and then fill with water. I backfill more ice as the water getting added frees more space in the rambler while I’m filling it due to melt off. If I fill it like this before bed and don’t have any during the night, I can expect about 40-60% if the ice to be there in the morning (8-12 hours later since it depends on when I fill it/have it in the morning). After 18+ hours, don’t expect any ice to remain. It will be cool, but not ice cold. If you put in a few ice cubes, expect it to be mildly chilled with no ice cubes remaining within an hour or so.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Best bottle out there!
I can't say enough good about this bottle and company! Worth every penny. I have many Yeti products and they never disappoint. After seeing these on a suggested ad I decided to buy some for vacation. They are super easy to clean, never leak, and keep drinks cool for days. Even after refilling several times during the day with my favorite vacation liquid there was still ice inside the next morning. The durability is outstanding, even being dropped and rough handled there is no damage. You can tell Yeti put a lot of thought into the design and materials. Thank you YETI for helping my vacation be a little more chill

5.0 out of 5 stars | GREAT FOR COLD WATER.
Color: Granite Gray
Keeps cold liquids cold. The Rambler 18 is perfect size to fit in my indoor bike, and carry around everywhere, and fit in the cup holders in my car. I have larger 32 oz tumblers and while it’s more convenient to fill less times throughout the day, it does not keep the water cold as long and doesn’t fit in my cup holders. CHUG CAP IS NOT FOR HOT LIQUIDS. It says this in the instructions and product description. Buy the specific cap for the hot liquids. Many reviewers complain it doesn’t keep their hot liquids long enough but that’s not what the intended use of the chug cap. I bought another cap (with a straw) that’s compatible with this Rambler on amazon and works well.

4.0 out of 5 stars | Overall a good Bottle
Overall a nice bottle but I expected it to keep my water warmer for longer. I use it for transporting hot water to make my babies bottles and with even allowing it to temp before adding the boiling water I still have cold water at the end of my day out. I fill it around 10am and by 3-4pm it’s already too cold to use for an infant formula bottle. Also with hot liquid the cap gets warm so I’m assuming that is where all the heat is going. The metal canister part of the bottle scratches and dents fairly easily. I only put this in my diaper bag and the attached photos show how it’s already scratched after infrequent use. I do like how it is dishwasher safe!!

5.0 out of 5 stars | Great for my bicycle
This bottle's ability to hold the temperature is amazing as all other Yeti products. I like its form factor a lot because it fits a 3" wide bicycle bottle holder nicely. I had an aluminum bottle holder on my bicycle which I've replaced with a plastic one to avoid scratching the metal finish of the bottle. I also sanded some rough edges of the plastic where it touches the bottle a little bit to make it smoother. I suppose a carbon fiber bottle holder would work even better. One thing to be aware of is that this bottle is heavy (it is a double wall stainless steel isolated bottle), if weight is a concern for racers. Big fan of Yeti products.

1.0 out of 5 stars | Will not buy this yeti on Amazon ever again
I will not buy this yeti on Amazon again. My family all got the same yeti but in different colors at Dicks sporting goods and I ordered this one thru Amazon. I was very disappointed in the effectiveness of the yeti bottle. I put ice in it and it would melt in hours vs the same yeti from dicks that the ice was still inside the yeti after 15+ hours. Mine kept the water chill but not icy. Overall, just a bummer for such a pricey bottle.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Feels very premium
The construction is amazing, it reminds me of an iPhone in the way it feels premium when you handle it. The lid is very satisfying to twist and it has double o-rings on both the lid and cap. The plastic in the lid almost feels like glass or gun polymer, very nice. I genuinely feel like there’s more than $30 of product in this bottle. A few people say it doesn’t stay hot long enough but I can’t get the dang thing to cool off. I burned myself after it sat for 6 hours with tea in it.
