I travel a lot for work and have preferred a backpack cooler because it keeps my hands free. When my RTIC coolers zipper broke I decided to go Yeti. Since most of the time it’s just sitting in a hotel room I didn’t do an extreme test just regular room temperature. After 24 hours it’s still had a good amount of ice and the remain water was at 32 degrees. I included a photo at the end of 24 hours. Great performance. Love the magnet seal. Couldn’t be happier. After a few weeks. I see it has a slight flaw. The clips that hold the top closed should not be static, you should be able to cinch them down for tighter fit. With the cooler inside the vehicle and vacation cabin kept ice well over a full day when using a Yeti Slim Ice in the bottom and chilling the drinks first. bought this for my husband and we love it. Keeps drinks cold, and ice doesnt melt fast. hold quite a few drinks inside. the zipper is easy to open, the magnet holding it closed is very strong so loading cooler may take two people, one to hold open and one to load. easy to carry.

I was pleased that this kept my food cold for two days with just a few ice packs, in 50-70 degree temps. I have a bit of buyers remorse with this though. It definitely is designed to carry beer into less traveled areas. Which would have been great for me 5 years ago. I gave up drinking and now I want to use this for kayak camping and picnics with my young son. It's hard to get food in and out of it and it doesn't hold very large containers. What it does hold, it keeps cold. I just wish I had seen one in person before buying it. I probably wouldn't have shelled out as much money for it knowing what I know now. ... show more
