This Yeti Hopper Flip 8 cooler is everything it is advertised to be and more. Yeti coolers are know for well made and very functional coolers and this cooler is no exception. I use this cooler this weekend to at a youth track meet that grand son and grand daughter participated in this weekend. Track meets are littler ally and all day affair, so you gotta bring provisions. I have a RTIC re-Freezable ice pack that fits this pack well and kept our drinks, fruit and a small bag of ice cubes cold for the duration of the track meet. I was pretty impressed with the fact that my ice cubes only melted minimally after about 6 hours of us opening a closing the cooler many times. In fact my bananas and oranges partially froze and a couple of my little 8oz water bottles had some ice develop too. I guess I will have to come up with a better packing strategy for the fruit though. This cooler is a well constructed with a easy zipper, has durable fabric, it's lead resistant and will last years. I bought this for the size though. I needed something a bit smaller and more convenient than my full-sized cooler that I got tired of lugging around at such events. This travel cooler is bigger than I expected, and that’s ok. I have been using mine for taking my lunch to work. Everything fits right in. Anything that was cold going in stays cold for about 2 hours. This is without an ice pack. Easy to carry either with the included shoulder strap or the handle on top. Durable and light weight. Yes the zipper is kinda stiff so I get a firm grip before I start pulling on it lol. Is it worth the money? If it lasts at least 5 years with no issues, I’d say yes. So I never in my life saw me spending this much money on a lunch box ever. I made fun of my girlfriend for days on end. Untill I tried it myself. Keeps temperature good for a while. The zipper closes and seals amazing. It looks good, I now need one🤷♂️. Don’t hesitate it’s amazing.

Just received. Love the beige color but the zipper is awful. Have a hard time opening and closing it. It comes with a zipper lubricant, tried that and it helps a little but still tough to get into.
