- ER70S-6 MIG WIRE: It's the most common wire of the copper-coated mild steel GMAW (MIG) wires for single or multiple pass welding.
- SHIELDING GAS: ER70S-6 welding wire can be used with 100% CO2 or a mixture of 80% Ar and 20% CO2 as shielding gas. Make sure to choose a wire that is compatible with the shielding gas you'll be using.
- EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE: ER70S-6 has the highest combination of manganese and silicon deoxidizers, permitting higher welding currents with 100% CO2 shielding gas and leaving a smoother weld bead with little to zero post-weld cleanup. It is suited for application of sheet metal on high welding current without burn through.
