Initial review out of the box of this <$100 tablet (March 2024). The tablets "fit and finish" is overall very good and arrived well packaged and factory sealed. Out of the box the unit was 85% charged and took only an hour to top it off before starting the setup process. The setup process went smoothly, I connected via WiFi without issue and software setup was easy. Pros & Cons, so-far; Pros: The Operating System and CPU are very fast for a tablet. The screen is clear and very bright with very good resolution. The case, keyboard, and mouse all worked fine. Cons: I have had several occasions where the table froze up and needed to be rebooted. The real problem is that it actually freezes hard during the reboot and has needed the supplied pin to "force" a hard reset, not great. It takes a hit on reliability because of this in my opinion. For me the tablet is purely for entertainment and I am overall very happy. I don't think I would buy this for work or school productivity because of the freezing and reboot issue. For casual browsing and watching movies it's almost perfect.

This is a great value for tablet, case and screen protector along with charger and USBC cable to charging. Very fast for the price and a decent screen display. I agree with others that the case is ok but it is fine for light/medium use. I use for traveling (connects to airline entertainment) so watching movies is much nicer than on a old 7" tablet. Android 13 is snappy and decently configurable. Currently have an email to customer service to figure out how to expand the 6GB of RAM to 12 GB with virtual memory (as of now the slider doesn't seem to work). I added a 64Gb micro SD card to expand the 128GB storage with no issues. I installed Nova as a launcher but the standard Android 13 launcher is fine. Speaker is average but paid very well with my earbuds and headset and sound quality is clear and loud enough. Battery life seems reasonable. Overall great tablet for price.

I bought 2 of these tablets for my kids for Christmas. They have performed very well over the last couple of weeks. I bought them to replace 2 Lenovo tablets that they have had for several years. In comparison, I would say that the Yestel tablets perform the same, only at a fraction of the price. The setup is the same. They have comparable speed, picture quality, camera, and sound. The nice thing about the Yestel tablets is that they come with both a wireless mouse and a Bluetooth mini keyboard. My kids have found this useful for schoolwork. We have not had any trouble connecting to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth accessories. My kids also play Minecraft and Roblox on these tablets, and there has been fairly little lag while playing these games. Overall, I would recommend purchasing these tablets for light gaming, internet surfing, schoolwork, and YouTube/video watching. These also come with a free 2 year product warranty, which is a huge bonus in my opinion. Set up is easy, and so far the company has been responsive.

The media could not be loaded. Almost gave it three stars. So if you're reading this I give the device 3.5. (NOT 4) So I previously had a Gen 2 iPad pro. But I realized I only watched movies every once in a while read books and occasionally flipped through email or internet search. So why have a $900 machine 🤷🏽♂️. I bought an Amazon fire since I figured it would do all the functions I needed and be less expensive. Sold my iPad ... Bought the fire tablet and put the rest of the money into crypto. But then the Amazon fire tablet arrived and I realized you can only use Amazon app store which is garbage 🤦🏽♂️👎🏽👎🏽 really epic fail on their part. So I do have an Android phone and figured I would just get an Android tablet for a similar price because I want to use the Google Play store and get things like Spotify, and just a couple other apps that I like that weren't available on the Amazon fire. I bought this because it said it had 12GB and 6 of it would be original and 6 expandable. If you do your research for tablets at this price that is actually really good. But it runs like 4GB 🤷🏽♂️ Just a little bit laggy and slow. If you're just going to do a little internet browsing and you're not in a hurry it should be okay The speed is decent. Plastic shell of the device is okay seems fairly durable. The case that comes with it is also okay. At least the back shell of it but the cover just feels like cheap paper cardboard that won't last long. The sound quality is poor in my opinion. Speakers have zero base. Sounds thin and high pitched. The volume is okay. But if you use headphones and or a Bluetooth speaker it sounds great. And I do like the fact that there is a aux plugin and you can also use a c port. Video quality is decent. I bought the one that just had the case cuz I didn't need all the other items. The device came with a screen protector on it plus two new ones in the box. Overall for what I need it for, decent for the price and we'll just have to see how well it holds up. But if you're just going to do a little bit of internet browsing. Maybe watch a movie or read a book... Should be okay🤔
