For 105$ with tax included that price is pretty good for 66lb's, for beginners and people that need to "lift weights", its heavy (shocker) weights are decent, the bar is decent, however, the screw on twisting objects to keep the weights in place is a hit and miss the acres... 2 of mine does not work, along side the screws are misleading and don't actually function, it is way better just to get torx L-wrench and tighten it past what you could do with your hands compared to attempting to screw in the screws. weights for me came like "lubricated" and needed a wipe down before use. The only reason it isn't a 5 start for the number of weights, the weight in total, and quality is the subpar quality of the twist on "locking" bolt items.. they are rather poor besides the "beefiness" of it. ... show more

I moved across the country and needed to re-stock my home gym with some weights after giving away my old dumbbells prior to the move. I'm always looking for a deal and couldn't pass up the price on these. The design looked perfect for the style of workouts I do (Les Mills's BodyPump and other programs). However, there is a cost to cheapness! It never feels like these weights are secure to the bar. I've used them for weeks now, and no weights have ever fallen off, but they shake and feel loose, distracting me during some moves. When assembled as dumbbells rather than as a bar, I find that the dumbbell bar is too long for curls. I'm grateful for the price, and these are certainly meeting my needs for the most part for now, but they are not a long-term solution to your home gym needs. They show up in a flimsy box with no instructions, demonstrating to me that they are shipped with no care for quality. I do not recommend - unless you're in a pinch and willing to deal with the questionable craftmanship. ... show more

I like the ability to adjust the weight on each one and also the ability to make it a single barbell. Thee seem durable and secure; I don't worry about the weights falling off or breaking if I end up dropping them ( my floor might, but that wouldn't be their fault, it'd be my own ). Eventually I will get a weight bench for both sit-ups as well as to do more workouts with this, I will update this review if something happens to them unexpectedly, but I don't see that happening. ... show more
