I wish that the ball was uniform in weight rather than having a pack of sand inside that moves around. Aside from the previous, I really like this product. I ordered the 20lb ball. After 30 minutes of pt, my quads are smoked from all the squats.

I'm not sure what justifies higher prices on other brands. This ball fells durable and the texture makes it easier to use. I purchased 25lbs, which may have been a little aggressive. I am beating this thing to death. It keeps going. You can through it hard and it has very little bounce. Also use for ab work and weight assisted yoga. The texture on the ball makes it easy to hold it. I like it more than the old vinyl ones.
