Good for standard kettlebell swings
I have it loaded up with 4 - 12 1/2 plates for a total of 50 pounds. It looks like you can add at least one more plate if needed. It is a reasonable cost alternative to a standard kettlebell especially since you can vary the weight with each plate. It feels pretty secure once you get everything tightened down. You can do swings, sumo lifts, goblet squats... what you can't do are farmers carries, kettlebell jerks...anything where you have to put your hand into the kettlebell to carry it. The post that holds the plates sticks up too far. For me: I bought it to do swings and it will work fine in that capacity.

Sturdy and Practical for Home Workouts

These Yes4All adjustable kettlebell handles are very useful and well made. I like that they let me change the weight instead of having to buy several different kettlebells. The handles feel sturdy, comfortable to grip, and they work great for swings, squats, presses, rows, and other home workouts. They are a good space-saving option and feel solid during use. Not bad for the price

The price is good and it works as intended. The plastic is a little flimsy so the quality and durability is questionable. I do believe if you use it correctly, though it last but the plastic can break.

Mandatory for a Well-Equipped Home Gym
This is an excellent addition to the home gym. Kettle bells are good for many exercises particularly squats and upright rows. This simple device allows on to adjust the weight easily and quickly. I have an adjustable kettle bell but the weight range is limites to 40 pounds. This allows for significantly more resistence. It also works with both 1" and 2" diameter weights.

DANGER: Cannot sustain advertised weight, broke (fortunately, no injury- pure luck)

The page says "Durable and high quality material for 100lbs of max weight". I had 60lbs loaded and was doing an exercise when the base snapped off clean- the very weight bearing piece that is rated (per their own copy on the sales page) for 100lbs. One milimeter to the left and I would have multiple foot fractures- and had I been doing kettlebell swings, my teen would have a serious head injury. I think it is very important for everyone to be very clear on the potential danger of the product.

Versatile addition to a home gym
Sure this is made of plastic but if you are careful not to slam it down or otherwise abuse it I think you will find it is a versatile bit of gear! I love that I can have a kettlebell with any amount of weight. Been using it for several weeks and enjoying its ease of loading and its wide, grippy handle. Feels good in the hands. Have loaded it over 50 lbs with no issues. Very happy to have this option to meet all my kettlebell needs rather than own a bunch of different weighted ones.

Well built and effective for what I need
This is an excellent product for kettlebell swings and for pull up row type exercises. I don't think that it would be good for the clean and jerk style work outs as the handle is rubber and would not slip effectively for this purpose. That said I have a full set of dumbbells which I'd rather use and consider to be more effective for non swinging kettlebell moves. These handles can easily support 50 pounds plus, which is what I'm using for the row workout. I am currently using 35 pounds for the kettlebell swing and might work my way up to 40 or 45. I purchased two of these while they were on sale and consider them an excellent deal compared to the other copies of this same style, this giving me the advantage of not having to shift weights between sets. I like the all rubber grip over the half hard rubber and half soft rubber grip of the other variety scene in the orange brand. These handles are also a smidgeon larger than the orange brand, so if you want the extra hand space this may be a consideration for you as well. As for the color they are definitely red if that makes a difference. The plastic spin locks are a little on the small size so I am employing a pair of spare all metal spin locks that are easier to tighten (one on each handle). As far as loosening during a kettlebell swing move, this is highly unlikely. If you twist them securely into place and follow them up with a metal spin lock your hand will likely sprain from twisting force (if you are careless) before the handle would loosen. Once I've twisted mine into place it takes an extreme amount of force to loosen them, so don't have any concern there if you properly secure both the post and the spin lock individually. The handles would likely make great pushup tools, but I already have a product designed specifically for that purpose, that said if you are willing to disassemble the product for that purpose I'm certain this would be of added value to you. Recommended.

Great little buy.

One star off, because this would be better if it was made of steel, even if it weighed 15-20lbs by itself. I got a pair. As it is, they feel pretty sturdy. For the form factor, I wouldn’t use more than 25lb plates and really 10lb plates feel better. But you can get up to 5 or 6 plates on at a time. I just use 10’s and 5’s. By the time you get to holding two of these at 50lbs you’re doing pretty good. Just choose single leg stuff for your leg training and you won’t need much more…or you need to go get some real KB’s from 60+ lbs. or join a real gym. I wouldn’t want to test the 100 lbs tolerance. For home training, these are a great little buy.
