Excellent material and stretch. Boning is great for waist training, but isn’t too intrusive so it’s comfortable to sit in or get in an intense workout. You can lose about 4-5 inches off your waist depending on your build. If you have a long torso I suggest pairing with medium to high compression briefs for a seamless look.
