This is one peice, not adjustable but does the job. I have a long torso (longish I guess lol) and I have a hard time finding stuff like this that doesnt feel too short but this one is pretty good. The double steel boning goes in the back. If you have it sized right it takes a hint of work to get in it. The fabric feels thick and it holds firm. I havent had any issues with the fabric rolling. I wore this for a full day so far only issue when trying to slouch, so it helps subtly with my posture as well. ... show more

I purchased this waist trainer hoping it would help me feel more confident in tighter dresses, and I’m really pleased with the results. The fit is excellent when you follow their size chart carefully (I measured my waist in inches, matched to the US Regular size guide). I found that it hugs in exactly the areas you want jobs done: around the abdomen and sides. It gives a noticeably slimmer silhouette under fitted clothes and makes a difference in how dresses fall and how I feel walking into a room. What I especially appreciate is the added support for posture. The trainer uses six steel bones which help hold me upright, minimizing slouching and reducing that “muffin-top” effect that sometimes happens when shapewear shifts. The “360 seamless” design means I can wear it under dresses without visible lines or uncomfortable bulges. I wore it for a whole day one weekend outing and didn’t feel pinched or restricted in movement. For weight-loss strategy, this won’t do the work for you but it complements your efforts nicely. If you’re working to lean out your mid-section (for example I’ve been doing weights and cardio at age 40), this kind of garment helps you see the results sooner by smoothing things out and giving you a more defined waist. This is mildly a tight top It is longer than the regular corsets. it’s not suitable for diastasis recti as it’s not structured for the central belly area. It has 4 sets of wires, 1 in each side of the front panel and 2 for each side of the back. the fabric is soft and stretchy, I ordered the chocolate color which is lovely. Sadly I don’t recommend for diastasis where you need structural support to keep your organs tight. ... show more
