I ordered the loop with it fitting my machine but the vendor didn’t hesitate to take my return prompt. It was a great and sturdy product it just didn’t fit my embroidery machine

I have a Brother PE800 which other than added bells and whistles is identical to the Brother PE770. So, there should be no question of it fitting since they claim it fits a 770. After a month of waiting for it to be delivered to Canada, it arrived Friday and I wasn't able to try it until today (Sunday). I hooped up my hat and had a logo already to stitch onto the hat. Unfortunately when I pressed the button to check clearances, the embroidery arm moved and the clamp holding the hat bill, immediately hit the side of the machine and jammed the embroidery arm. I managed to get it stopped before it did any damage to the arm, but it was a total disappointment. I've been searching for months for a hat hoop for the PE800, that would deliver to Canada. Unfortunately, this is not it. If you have a PE800, DO NOT ORDER THIS HOOP!

The hoop was easy to attach but the screws are to long it hits the inside of machine 630 brother body

Seems to work ok. If place on the side of the hoop like shown in the instructions it hits the side of my machine and moves the hat hoop within the embroidery hoop. It appears to work better if placed on top of the hoop. Just make sure your design is turned.
